Your health and lifestyle are important
Health is the deciding factor for a long and healthy life
Most people only visit their doctor once an illness is identifiable. Then the doctor fights the symptoms of this illness; usually with medication. The symptoms disappear or at least improve, but the original causes of the problems are seldom addressed. The results are predictable, although the symptoms are reduced, the person remains sick and the side effects of the medication strengthen this effect. Over seventy years ago the world famous physicist and Nobel Prize winner, Max Planck, explained the topic of a growing life expectancy: “Humans do not get older, they just remain sick for longer!” However, most of the causes are well known today, and are due to an unbalanced metabolic system.
This is metabolism
"From everything that a human consumes, a part of it will remain inside the body, whilst the remainder will be excreted. This is metabolism. If we offer our bodies the right nutrients in the right amounts and the regulation of the metabolic system is balanced, then we are healthy. If it is not balanced or we are missing important substances, then we will be sick. The symptoms of a disease are the sign of a disturbed metabolic system and the attempt of the body to fix these interruptions.”
